About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Montessori Homeschool Collective website, Kajabi platform, curriculum resources, downloads, live classes, workshops, community spaces, and any related services we provide (together, the Services).
By browsing our website, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a membership or product, downloading resources, or attending a live session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

Who we are
Montessori Homeschool Collective (ABN 38 729 102) (we, us, our) provides Montessori-inspired homeschool curriculum and support services.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the version published on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by your child/ren or anyone you allow to access your account.

Purchases and payment plans
 One-off purchases
When you purchase a product or membership, you receive access for the period stated at checkout (typically 12 months from the purchase date).
Annual payment
You may pay the full annual fee upfront at checkout.
 12-month payment plan
Alternatively, you may choose to pay in monthly instalments over 12 months. Monthly payments are processed automatically on the same date each month. You authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge the payment method on file for each instalment.
Access during payment plan
Your access to the Services begins immediately upon purchase, regardless of whether you choose annual or 12-month payment plan. Access continues for the full 12-month period from your purchase date, provided all payments are made.
Failed payments
If a monthly instalment payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to the Services until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Trials
If we offer a trial, trial access is provided for the stated period and may be limited to specific content or features. Trial access may end automatically at the end of the trial period unless you purchase.

Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may change from time to time.

Refunds and cancellations
 14-day refund guarantee
If you purchase a product or membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or used the Services beyond reasonable inspection.
 After 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are not available except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
 How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us with your order details. We will assess your request and process refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Cancellation and access
If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day refund window, your access to the Services will end immediately upon refund approval.
After 14 days, you may not cancel or request refunds for unused time. Your access continues until the end of your 12-month period from purchase date. If you wish to stop using the Services after 12 months, you simply do not renew—there is no automatic renewal.
Renewal
Your access to the Services expires 12 months from your purchase date. To continue access beyond 12 months, you must purchase a new membership or product. We may send you a reminder before your access expires, but it is your responsibility to renew if you wish to continue.
Access, availability and service changes
We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, the Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, platform outages, or circumstances outside our control.
We may add, remove, or change features, content, schedules, or delivery methods (including live class times) to improve the Services.
Live sessions, community spaces and conduct
If you participate in live classes, workshops, Q&A calls, or community spaces, you agree to:
- Be respectful and supportive of other families.
- Not post or share harmful, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
- Not disrupt sessions or harass other members.
- Follow any reasonable instructions from facilitators to keep sessions safe and productive.
We may remove content, restrict participation, or suspend/terminate access if we believe conduct breaches these Terms.
Educational information and no professional advice
Our Services provide educational information and curriculum resources. They are not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
You are responsible for:
- Your child’s learning environment and supervision.
- Determining suitability of activities and resources for your child.
- Meeting your state or territory homeschooling registration and reporting requirements.
Intellectual property and permitted use
All curriculum materials, downloads, videos, lesson plans, templates, text, graphics, and other content we provide (Content) are owned by us or licensed to us.
Licence for personal use
When you purchase or access the Services, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for your personal homeschool use within your immediate family.
Prohibited use
You must not, without our written permission:
- Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or make Content available to others outside your household.
- Upload Content to public websites, file-sharing services, or social media.
- Use Content for commercial purposes (including tutoring businesses, schools, co-ops, or paid programmes).
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from Content except as allowed by law.
Third-party services and links
We may reference or link to third-party services (including Kajabi, IXL, RAZ, Zoom, Calendly, Google Workspace, payment processors, and external resources). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy and Data Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or economic loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You breach these Terms.
- You misuse the Content or share login details.
- We are required to do so by law.
If access is terminated, your right to use the Content ends immediately.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
